Yards before Deced, when he perceived the Deced
turning round and not able to Swim, upon which
Dept. cryed out several times that Deced was Drowning
Says that he Swam back to Deced and endeavoured
to save him that the Deced catched hold of Deced's
Arm, but Dept. with some Difficulty got loose and
Deced immediately Sunk, and was Drowned
Says that Mr. Fryer was a little way in the River
but nobody near the Deced when he sunk and
Dept. says that he was accidentally Drowned
