"Depts. Lodging or at the King's Head in Holborn ,"
Says that she told the Young Man that the Deced
had not been at home Since, at which he appeared
to be much Surprized, and said that he hoped
nothing had happened her on Account of her
meeting him. Says that the same Young Man
called again upon Dept. last Sunday to enquire for
the Deced, and Dept. says that she does not suspect
that her Sister the Deced was ill used by that Young
Man. Says that the Deced on being Disappointed
of a Place on Friday May 20th. was very uneasy
and cried a considerable time, and that she
afterwards was uneasy on that Account

at the King's Head Yard in Holborn . on her Oath saith
that on Wednesday the 25th. of May last between One
and two o'Clock in the Afternoon Dept. was going into
the City and in Holborn near Bartlets Buildings
met the Deced who told Dept. that she had parted
with a Young Man in the Fleet Market, Says that
the Deced went into the City with Dept. and on
their return Dined together in Feathers Court.
after which Deced went away towards home
ad Dept. thought about five o' Clock. and Dept. did
not afterwards see the Deced alive

Joseph Ferdinando Gillio< no role > of Lower Grosvenor
Street Surgeon on his Oath saith That he this day
Examined the Body of the Deced in the Bonehouse
belonging to the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
and on the Right Arm found a Wound in the Skin in length
about six Inches which could not have occasioned
her Death, Says that the Head and neck of the

Deced ware in so Putred a State that he cannot
with certainty say whether any Injury was reced
upon those parts.

Baronet in Upper Brook Street Grosvenor
Square on his Oath saith That yesterday
Morning about Nine o'Clock Dept. was in his
Stable and was informed that a woman was
Drowned in the Bason in Hyde Park upon which
he went there and in the Bason saw the Deced
Floating, having her Cloaths on, and being
several Yards from the side of the Bason, Says
that with a Hook fastened to the End of a
long Line he pulled the Deced to the Shore, who
appeared to have been some him in the Water
Says that he found a Sixpence & a farthing
in Deced's Pocket, and Buckles Plated with
Silver in her Shoes.

in Berkley Square on her Oath saith That on
Whit Sunday last the Deced went with Dept.
into the City to see their Brother, Says that they
were coming home together that Evening between
Eight and Nine o'Clock and the Dept. and her
Brother being foremost and the Deced following
Says that Dept. turned about upon Snow Hill
Saw a Young Man walking with the Deced and
talking, Says that it Rained and Dept. walked
on fast with her Brother, and Deced and the
Young Man followed her, until they come to
oxford Road
