Informations of Witness taken this 14th. day of
August 1773 , at the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square in the said Liberty at the Darlling House of
Mr Avery Tirrell< no role > the Sign of the Queens head at
Knight bridge Before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman
His Majesty's Coroner for the said City and Liberty
touching the Death of John Burrell< no role > then and there
lying Dead as follows

William Weaver< no role > of King Street Covent Gardens Stationer on his
Oath Says that Yesterday Morning between 4 & 5 o'Clock in the
and his Shopman & Apprentice went to the Supertime River in
Hyde Park with an intent to Bathe, and saw sone clothes
lying by the River, he said some Body is Bathing there before
As, he sent his Apprentice he Lee, the Apprentice Rihormed &
said there was a Mans [..] Cloths but he did not lee any Body in
[..] Water, Deponent & his Shopman then come to the River
& saw the Cloths but no Person, Deponent advised the cooking [..]
in the Pockets & in [..] a Pocket Book find 2 directions one to
Mr. Burrell at Mr. Pools in Oraye Court Swallow Street &
another to Mr. Burrell, and Deponent gave Notice to the
