Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of John Burrell< no role >

met the said John Burrell< no role >
on the 13th. day of August 1773
being Bathing in a peace of Water the lower and of the Septnien [..]
River in Hyde Park
in the Parish of St. Geage Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Washe [..] it do happend that the said John
Burrell< no role >
was Seiged with the Garp in his left Legs, by meany
whereof he was accidentally casually and by Misfortune in
the said Waters suffocated and Drowned of which said Sufforat [..]
and Drowing he the said John Burrell< no role >
then and there Died
And to the Jurors on their Oath say that the said John
Burrell< no role >
in manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally
casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not
otherwise In Witness where of the Horeman on behalf of
himself & the use of the Jurors has hereunto set his [..]
this 14th, day of August 1773.
