Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and distracted on the Twenty ninth day of July in the Year aforesaid
at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid one end of a certain peice of Cord unto an Iron
Staple fastened into the Leiling in the Lodging Room or Apartment of her the said

a House situate in little Peter Street in the said Parish Liberty and County, and the other end thereof about
her own Neck did fix tye and fasten, and therewith did then and there hang suffocate and strangle
herself, of which said Hanging, Suffocation, and Strangling she the said

and there Died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said
Elizabeth Cooper< no role >
not being of sound Mined Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and Distracted in
manner and by the means aforesaid did Kill herself. In Witness whereof as well the said
Coroner as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and the rest of the said Jurors
have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and at the Place abovementioned.
