To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty in the said County.

Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. & return
their Christian & Sir
Names & Places of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Wednesday the fourteenth Day
of April by Two of the Clockin the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Samuel Young< no role > known
by the Sign of the Crown in Petty France in the Parish
of St. Margaret within the said City and Liberty
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Thomas Arnold< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this thirteenth Day of April in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
