the City and Liberty of Wesmr. at the
Guildhall in King St. Westmr. On
Thursday the 4th. day of January 1798

It is Ordered that John Scott< no role > and Philip Neve< no role >
Esquires have notice of the within Petition and Appeal and that
they and all persons concerned do attend this Court on Saturday
next the 6th. day of January instant by nine of the Clock in the
forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
