called Conduit Street in the said Parish of Saint George Hanover Sqare, in the said County of Middlesex and within the Liberty aforesaid
Steps or iron Pallisades or Shop or Shops on the ground floor Story of such Building nor being a Window to any Shop) contrary to the Rules and Regulations [..]

Complaint and Information Whereupon all and Singular the Premises being now here considered and mature [..]

Complaint and Information according to the Form of the Statute in that Case made and Provided. And We the said Justices
added to the said Brick Building [..] Dwelling-house as aforesaid to be a common Nuisance and We do award and require
abate and demolish the said Nuisance within the Space of three Months from the day of the Date of this present Conviction
aforesaid in the said Parish of Saint James in the said County of Middlesex and within the Liberty aforesaid this Third day
so forth and in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety Seven
