Upon Condition the above bounden Arthur Connelly< no role > do personally appear at the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden at Guild hall in King Street in and for the said City and Liberty of Westminster
there and there to Prosecute his Appeal with effect against a Conviction this day had against him for being a Rogue
and Vagabond within the intent and meaning of the Statute made in the Seventeenth Year of his late Majesty King
George the Second in titled "An Act to Amond and make more Effectual the laws relating to Rogues and Vagabounds and
other [..] te and Disorderly persons and to Houses of Correction He the said Arthur Connelly< no role > having been on the Twenty
first day of April instant Apprehended in an Avenue [..] to a certain place of Public Resert called the Theatre
Royal Drury Lane , "And being brought before the Nicholas Bond< no role > Esquire as a person of Evil same and Reputed
Thief and upon his examination not being able to give a satisfactory account of himself and of his way of
living And it appearing to my satisfaction that there is just ground to beleive that the said Arthur
Connelly was in such Avenue with such intent as aforesaid Contrary to the Statute in that Case made
and Provided And that the said Arthur Connelly do abide the further Judgement of the Justices as such
sessions assembled And do not depart the Court without Leave Then this Recognizance to be void or else to remain
in full force. Taken and Acknowledged the Twenty second day of April 1794 . Before me.
