that she us gone into the North of England to visit her
Friends and is expected to be in London in Six
Weeks and not before And which he believes to be
true And that he will be able to produce her to
give her Testimony On his Behalf at the next
Session. And this Deponent Saith that he was totally
Unacquainted till Yesterday with the Clause in a Certain
Act of Parliament to hereby the Justices are Empowered
to Try the Traverse the Same Sessions in which the
Bill of Indictment is found And Saith that he is
unprofaned for his Trial and Cannot now proceed
thereto with Safely to himself
