For a Misdemeanor

Samuel Eglington< no role > of the Parish of Saint Brides
London Gentleman and John Hall< no role > of Grays
Inn in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in
the County of Middlesex Porter Severally Make
Oath and Saythateach speaking for himself
Saith some Time since these Depts became Bail for the said Defts And that they have frequently Applyed to
Mr Jefferson< no role > Deputy Clerk of the Peace for this City
and Liberty to have a Certificate of the said Indictmt.
in Order to gett a Warrant thereon to Apprehend the said
Defts but were refused by reason an Order of Court was
made that no Certificate should be granted to any one
but the Prosecutors That these Defts Recognizance
being Estreated into the Exchequer they are advised that
they have now no Power (of themselves) no Power to take the said
Defts into Custody That they are desirous the said
Defts may be brought to Tryall and Promise to Use
their Utmost Endeavours for that Purpose in Case this
Honourable Courts will grant them a Warrant whereby
they may be Authorized so to do
