minsterHall, in & for the said Liberty, the Bodys of Thomas

his Wife
they standing Indicted in October Session for
a Nusance and Misdemeanor in keeping a common Ill Governed and
disorderly house in the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
(if the Court be then & there Sitting) or if not, before us or Some
others of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
of the said Libty
find Sufficent sureties for their personal Appearance at this presnt
Sessions to answer the same, & all such other Matters as on His Ma
-jesty's behalf shall be objected against them And if they-cannot
be taken during this present Sessions That then so soon after as they
shall be taken, you bring or cause them to be brought before us
or some others of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
of the said
Libty, to find Sufficient Sureties for their personal Appearance at
the next Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the Libty to answer
as aforesaid, & further to be dealt withal according to Justice.
Hereof you are not to fail at your Perils Dated in open Sessions at Guild
