Indictment in this cause that she was Captized by the
name of Sarah and not by the name of Ann and
no Replication being thereunto made It is now
Ordered that unless the prosecutors on notice
hereof shall cause replication to be made to the
said Defts. plea of misnomer on or before Thursday
the First Day of Novr. next the Said Plea will be
allowed upon her Prayer and she will be dismissed
