The King agt. Thomas Story< no role >

Mary Wife of William York< no role > of the Parish of Saint
James Westminster Maketh Oath that her said
Husband has been for a long time ill and [..]
out of Town for the Benefitt of his Health that as
son as she heard that the said Thomas Story< no role > had
not performed the Conditions of the Recognizance for
which her said Husband became boud for him she made
and Caused to be made ale the Inquiry possible after
the said Thomas but till this Morning could not
hear where he was to be mett with And further
Saith that in Case this Honourable Court will grant
process against the said Deft she will if possible
have him taken and does not doubt but she shall
be able so to do & have him here to plead at or before
the next Session
