Barnard Chalton< no role > William Pennard< no role > and William Noble< no role > being called
come who being chosen tried and Sworn to speak the Truth of and upon
the Premises Say upon their Oath that the said William Coombs< no role > is
guilty of the Trespass Offence and Misdemeanor in the said
Indictment Specified in manner and from as by the said Indictment
is above Supposed against him Upon which All and Singular the
Premises being seen and fully understood by the Court here It is
considered by the Court here that the said William Coombs< no role > for the said
Trespass Offence and Misdemeanor whereof he is Convicted be
Imprisoned in the Gaol of our said Lord the King called the Gatehouse
within the said Liberty for One Year now next coming without Bail
or Main prize And that on such Days within that time as the
Bailiff of the said Liberty shall Appoint for that purpose he the said
William Coombs< no role > be Shipped Naked from the Middle upwards and
openly Whipped at a Carts Tail from the House of Mr Boodle in
Pall Mall within the said Liberty to the Corner of the Hay Market
within the same Liberty and until his Body be And that on such other
day within the said time as the said Bailiff shall Appoint for that
Purpose the said William Coombs< no role > be in like manner Stripped and
again Openly Whipped at a Carts Tail from Charing Cross within the
said Liberty to Whitehall within the same Liberty and until his
Body be Bloddy And that he be taken Etc. And the sad William
Coombs being present here in Court is Committed to the Keeper of the
said Prison to be kept safely therein until he shall be twice Whipped
as aforesaid and Suffer his said Imprisonment And then he is to be
discharged Paying his Fees
