give and Account of the application of the said Money he claimed to be due to him
before any order should be made for the payment thereof
Now upon further Consideration had of the Premes
It is Ordered that Mr. Jefferson Treasure of the County
of Middlesex do pay to the said John Stephens< no role >
or to Mary< no role > his Wife (he being in a state of insanity
of Mind) the said Inn of £25. notwithstanding the
said Order of the 25th. Day of June last (no Accot. having
been delivered) and that the receipt of the said
Mary Stephens< no role > for the use of the said John Stephens< no role >
shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Trear
for such Payment.
