Know all Men by these Presents That Whereas by An Order of Nisi Prius< no role >
made At the Sitting at Westminster Hall in and for the County of Middlesex held on Friday the
Twenty first day of May last past before the Right Honourable William Lord< no role > Matisfield
Lord Chief Justice of his Majesty< no role > 's Court of King's Bench in a Certain Action of Trespass
and Assault in the said Court of King's Bench depending Between William
Jellis Plaintiff< no role > And William Irwin< no role > Defendant amongst other things therein
mentioned and contained It was Ordered That the Defendant should Executed
and Deliver to the Plaintiff a General Release of All Trespasses and Assaults
done and committed by the Plaintiff upon the Person of the Defendant And of
All Manner of Action and Actions for Words spoken of or to the Defendant
by the Plaintiff And that the Plaintiff should execute and deliver Such and
the Like General Release to the Defendant Now Know Ye that
according to and in pursuance of the said Order I William Irwin< no role >
of King Street in the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Dealer in Coals Have remised released and for ever discharged And
by these Presents Do for Myself My Heirs Executors and Administrators
remise release and for ever discharge William Jellis< no role > of King Street
aforesaid in the same Parish and County Coal Lighterman his Heirs
Executors and Administrators of and from All Manner of Action and
Actions and Cause and Causes of Actions Suits Damages and Demands
whatsoever for or concerning any trespasses and assaults done or committed by the said William Jellis< no role > in and upon me the said
William Irwin< no role > And of and from all manner of Action and Actions and Cause and
Causes of Action Suits Damages and Demands whatsoever for or of or concerning
any Words whatsoever spoken of or to me the said William Irwin< no role > by the said William
Jellis which against the said William Jellis< no role > I ever had now have or which I my
Heirs Executors or Administrators may might or could have for or by reason or means
of Any of the Matters Causes or Things herein before particularly mentioned & specified
from the beginning of the World to the abovementioned Twenty first day of May now last
past In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty eighth
day of June in the Second Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the Third by the Grace of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the
Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two
