Know all Men by these Presents That I Francis Porter< no role > of the Parish
of Saint Ann within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Clerk as well on my own Behalf as for and on the part and Behalf of John
Portens my Servant an Infant about ten Years of Agewho is under
my Care and Management
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claime and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt claime unto Robert Swarbrook< no role >
of the same Parish and County Yeoman and Thomas Spidding< no role > of the
same Parish and County Yeoman their
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action, Suits, Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Robert Swanbrook< no role > and
the said Thomas Spedding< no role > or either of them I the said Francis Porter< no role > or
the said John Portens< no role > the Infant aforesaid
ever had and which I or he or our or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of date of these
