of our Lord the King holden at the Town Court House near
Westmr. Hall in and for the Liberty of the Dean and
Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westmr . the City
Borough and Town of Westmr. in the County of Middx and St.
Martin le Grand London by Adjournment on Saturday
thetenth Day of Julyin the second Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain
Etc. before Roger Jackson< no role > John Spinnage< no role > Samuel Waddington< no role > John Crosse< no role >
and others their Fellow Justices of our said Lord the King
Assigned to keep the Peace in the said Liberty And also to
hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
misdeeds committed within the said Liberty.

Gate house

Mary Brown< no role > Confessed an Indictmt. agst. her for Assaulting beating & wounding
of Jane Lock< no role > is fined 1s. to be Estreated and she is
Committed to the Prison of the Gatehouse in and for the said Liberty
thereto remain without Bail or Mainprize for the space of One
Calendar Month then to be delivered Paying her Fees 2s

Humphry Goodrod< no role > Confessed an Indictment agst. him for keeping a Common ill
Governed and disorderly House in the Parish of St. Martin in the Feilds
is fined 40s. [..] and he is Committed to the Prison of the
Gatehouse in and for the said Liberty there to remain without Bail or
Mainprize for the space of One Week and until he shall pay his sd. Fine then to be delivered [..]
[..] paying his Fees 2s.

Silas Barcotolf Confessed an Indictment agst. him for Assaulting beating and Wounding
of Thomas Shambrook< no role > is fined 3s..4d. to be Estreated and he is Committed
to the Prison of the Gatehouse in and for the said Liberty there to
remain without Bail or Mainprize for the space of Twelve Calendar
Months then to be delivered Paying his Fees. 10s.
