Samuel Wrather< no role > of the parish of St Martin in the fields
in the County of Middx Linnen draper Maketh Oath That
he hath not in his own Name and that no persons in
Trust for him hath Ten Pounds by the year of Freehold
or Copy hold Lands or Tenements or of Lands or Tenements
of Antient Desnesue or in Rents in the said County of
Middx in Fee Simple Fee Tail or for the life of him
this Deponent or the life of any other persons and this
Deponent further Saith on his Oath That he hath not any
Leasehold Estate in Possession in Land in the said County
of Middx in his own right for the absolute Term of five
hundred Years or for Ninety nine Years or any other Tenn
determinable on one or more life or lives of the Yearly
value of Twenty Pounds over and above the reserved
Rent payable thereout and this Deponent further Saith
That he is not possessed of or in any wise Intitled unto
any Leasehold Estate within the said County of Middx the
Improved Rent whereof amounts to the yearly value of
Fifty Pounds over and above the ground rent or other
reservations payable by virtue of such Lease.
