County of Middlesex Linnen draper Maketh oath that he hath
not in his own Name and that no person in trust for him
hath Ten Pounds by the Year of Freehold or Copyhold [..] Lands or Tenements
or ot Lands or Tenements of antient Demesue or in Rents in the
said County of Middx in Fee Simples Fee Tail or for the life
of him this Deponent or the life of any other persons and this
Deponent further Sa [..]
Estate in Possession in Land in the said County of Middlesex
in his own Right for the absolute Term of five hundred
Years or for ninety Nine years or any others Term
determinable on one or more life or lives of the Yearly
value of Twenty Pounds over & above the reserved Rent
payable thereout And this Deponent further Saith that
he is not possessed of or in any wise Entitled unto any
leafehold Estate within the said County of Middx the
Improved Rent whereof amounts to the yearly value of
Fifty Pounds over & above the Ground Rent or other
reservation payable by vertue of Such Lease
