Justices do hereby humbly Certifie Cox Office [..]
according to the Statute in that Case made
and provided that I have viewed a certain
New Street
or way called Davis Street in
the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within this Citty and Liberty and that
Part thereof is already paved and the
Remainder is fitt & Convenient to be
Paved, with stone, but for want of such
pavement and good order therein, The said
new Street
or way is in a very Ruinous
Unpassable
to Passengers Which I
humbly Submitt to the Order & Direction
of this Court to ye End that fit remedy may
be had therein Given under my [..]
