Receive into your Custody the body of Diana the wife
of Thos. Bird< no role > brought before me by virtue of two Warrants
under the hand and Seal of St. Robert Raymond< no role > Knt
Whereby it appears that the said Diana Bird< no role > is and
Stands Indicted upon two Indictments at the Last
Sessions of the Peace for the County of Middx for
Trespasses and Assaults upon Thos Lovel and Stevens
Barber to which Indictment she has not yet appeared
or pleaded these are therefore to will and require you to
Receive the said Diana Bird< no role > and her Safely Keep untill
the find Sufficient Sureties to Answer the said two
Indictments or untill she be otherwise Discharged by
Law and for so doing this is your Warrant Given
under my hand and Seal this 19th. September 1726
