Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 20th Day of July
last, Elizabeth Molloy< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Charles Smith< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
twenty times on the Sd twentieth Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Charles
Smith aforesaid, and for non payment of the
Penalty & default of distress was publickly set in
the Stocks by the space of two whole hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
