Whereupon the Court proceeded to such choice
and the Petition of Dr. Henry Ainslie< no role > was read praying to
be Elected Who being the only Candidate was unanimously
chosen Physician to this Hospital during the pleasure of
this Court and he was called in and acquainted with his
Election

The Office of Assistant Physician being vacant by
the above Choice

Ordered

[..] Court appointed
[..] for of an Assistant
physician


That a General Court of this Hospital be
summoned for Wednesday the 25th. instant at 12
o' Clock at Noon for the choice of an Assistant Physician
in the room of Dr. Ainslie And that in case of a ballot
the same do close at two o' Clock
