To Mr. Emanuel Spencer< no role > and Mr. John Perkins< no role >
Watch makers a lease of a house on Snow hill in
their occupation (at present held under a lease
to Mary Bond< no role > expiring at Lady day 1789 at a
rent of £10..) for 21 years from that time at a
rent of £27. P Annum And also a lease of
one of two other houses on Snow hill adjoining
to the last mentioned house (at present under a
lease to Mrs.Clarkson also in the occupation
of the said Mr. Perkins and Mr. Spencer expiring
at Michaelmas 1791 at a rent of £24..) for 18
years and an half from that time at £15,, P
Annum Messrs. Perkins and Spencer to expend
upon the first mentioned house at least £78..
in repairs and £62..10..- upon the last mentioned
house the first house to be insured at £550..-
and the other at £300.-

To Thos. Asquith< no role >


To Thomas Asquith< no role > Shoemaker a lease
of a house on the North side of the New
Way in St. Thomas's Parish in his own
occupation as Tenant at Will for 21 years from
Lady day 1788 at a rent of £14.. P Annum clear
of the Landtax and all other taxes and deductions
Mr. Asquith to expend £80. at least in repairs
