Leases.


We have granted Leases to the following
Persons, Vizt.

To Mr. Wm. Webb< no role >


To Mr. William Webb< no role > a Cooper a lease of a house
Yard and Work shop in his own occupation situate
in Cross Street at Cheshunt in Herts for a term
of 21 years from Chrishnass 1787 (when the Lease
granted to Montagu Booth< no role > under which he
holds the Same at a rent of £4.. P Annum
expired) at rent of ten Guineas P Annum
clear of the Landtax and all other deductions
Mr. Webb to expend £50.. at Least in repairs
within the first seven years of the Term: to
keep the premises in repair during the term
and to insure at £200..

To Mr. Augustin
Towson

Lease of a House in Thread needle Street in his
own occupation (at present held by him under
a Lease to Robert Hancock< no role > expiring at Lady
