Surveyor's approbation and to insure the same
at £550.

To Mr. Lewis John Cole< no role > a Lease of a house
in the Old Bailey one of the houses late in Lease
to Jonathan Haskins< no role > for a term of 21 Years from
Lady day 1782 at a rent of £14 per Annum clear
of the Land tax and all other taxes Mr. Cole to
expend £76 in repairs before Midsummer 1783
to the Surveyor's approbation besides what he has
already expended and to insure the premises at £400.
