delivered by him to the Surveyor, to the Surveyors

repairs are not done by that time this Agreement
to be void.

Mr. Thornton

To Mr. Thornton a Lease of the House he occupies
in Honey Lane lately in Lease with two other houses
to Edward Cole< no role > for a term of 21 Years from Michaelmas
1781 at a clear rent of £30 per annum Mr. Thornton
doing the repairs specified in an account thereof signed
and delivered by him to the Surveyor, to the Surveyor's
approbation before Michaelmas 1783 and the Tenant
to Insure:

Wm. Hopkins

To Mr. William Hopkins< no role > Mr. Thomas
Jackson< no role > and Mr. Christopher Taddy< no role > Druggists a
Lease of a house the Corner of Warwick Lane and the
house adjoining both in their possession for a term of
21 Years from Ladyday 1782 when the Lease to Mr.
Hopkins the elder expired, at a rent of £80 per Annm.
clear of the Landtax and all other taxes the tenants
to expend £150 in repairs before Ladyday 1784 and
to insure the Premises at £1200.

James Naylor

To Mr. James Naylor< no role > a Lease of the Catherine
Wheel Inn in the Borough for a term of 31 Years
from Michaelmas 1783 (when the Lease of these
Premises and other houses adjoining thereto
granted to Mr. Thomas Dawson< no role > will expire) at a
rent of £40 per Annum clear of the Landtax and
all other taxes Mr. Naylor to expired £400 in repairs
before Michaelmas 1785 to the Surveyor's appro-
-bation and to Insure the same at £1000

Henry Fludger
