of the Premises contracted for by the said George
Wyatt
< no role > and Edward Gray< no role > (And which contract so
made with the Governors of the said Hospital
is therein recited) To hold to the said Sarah
Box
< no role > her Executors Admors and Assigns from
Xmas then last past for the term of 50 Years
being the remainder then to come of the said
Term of 61 Years so agreed to be granted by
the Governors of the said Hospital as aforesaid
Yielding and paying yearly and every year
during that term unto the said Mayor and
Commons and Citizens their Successors or
Assigns at or in the Office of receits and paymtt.
of money of the Chamberlain of the said City
for the time being to and for the use and benefit
of the said Hospital the rent or sum of £5.5
instead of reserving and making such rent
payable to the Treasurer or Rentgatherer of
the said Hospital according to the usual
reservation contained in such Hospital
Leases and the contract entered into by the
said George Wyatt and Edward Gray, and
by such lease the power of granting licence
for the lessee to assign the said dimised
premises is reserved to the Lord Mayor
Aldermen and Commons of the said City
for the time being in Common Council
assembled, instead of being reserved in the
casual and accustomed form and according
to the aforesaid contract of the said Wyatt and
Gray to the Governors of the said Hospital or
