his Dwelling House, Barne, Stables, and other Outhouses
and Fences which he had but just before put into repaire
and hath since been at great Charges and Expences towards
making good the same, which he hath now almost perfected
Wee Considering the Hardship of his Case have Agreed to
remitt him £37.10s. out of the Arreares of Rent now due
from him, And also to allow him four Loads of Timber
which he Borrowed towards making good the said Repairs
and also such further quantity of Rough Timber as shall be
wanted to perfect the same.

Brewhouse


In pursuenace of the Refference of the Genll. Court of the
Thirtieth of Aprill last, Wee have Directed the Building
of a Brewhouse in the lower part of the Hospll: neare the
Burying Ground, which Wee have now almost Finished.

Mr. Sands

And Whereas a Lane leading to a small
Comon called Sparrow Comon within our Manor of Crofton
in Cripington in the County of Rent, hath been for some time
past stopt up by Mr. Henry Sands< no role > , to where the Land on both
sides of the said Lane does in great part belong. And whereas
in some parts of the said Lane the said Mr. Sands hath pullled
up the Hedges or Fence of the said Lane, and laid the Lane
into his own Ground, We having taken a View of the
said Lane and Comon, have Ordered the said Lane to be
laid Open As its antiently was, & ought to be, and that the
said Hedges & Fences be made good by the said Mr. Sands.

Three small
Copy held Estates in
Melborne Seized
into the Hands of
the Governors.


At a Court Baron held for our Manor of Meldred in
Melburne in the County of Cambridge , it appearing that
Threes small Coppyhold Estates held of that Manor have
not been taken up by the Heires of the last Tennants altho-
proclamacons have been duely made at Threes Courts according
to Customs, Wee caused the same to be Seized into the hands of
the Governrs. But have Ordered, That if the Right
Heires make out their Title, Compound for their Fines
and pay reasonable Charges, they should have the said
Estates Granted out of the hands of the Lords.
