P Annu should be kept to lay up Coales for the Use of
the Hospitall For which Service other Conveniency
have been since made Wee have therefore
Agreed with the said Mr: Hester to Grant him
the said Vault (with the Way or passage leading
to it out of St: Thomas's) in his Lease of the other
Vaults for the Remainder of the Terme now to
come in those Vaults, at the said yearely Rent
of Eight pounds which will make up his whole
Rent Fifty Six pounds P Ann. But no Way is to
be made out of this Vault into the Cross Vault
as was formerly intended.

of Land at plumstead in Kent to Grant him
a Lease for One and Twenty Yeares from
Michas One Thousand Seaven Hundred and
Eight at Sixteen pounds P Annu Of Two
Peices of Ground lyeing in plumstead aforesd.
and lately held by the said John Everitt< no role >
He is to have Liberty to plow the smaller
peice, Making such Fallows as are Usuall
for Lands thereabouts.

to Grant him a Lease of an Old Tenement next
the Old Bird in Hand in St. Thomas's parish
from Lady day last for the Remainder of the
Terme lately granted to him in the said House
called the Old Bird in Hand In Consn: of Ten
pounds to be paid downe as a Fine and the Old
Rent of Three and Thirty Shillings g Annu and
