Which Report was well liked and Approved of
and Ordered to be Entred in the Reportory of the proceedings of this
Court together with the papers relateing to the Bishopp of
Winchesters Intended Visitacon and to the Vaults under St: Thomas's
Church And the severall Matters and Things therein reported as
Fitt to be done were Ordered to be done accordingly. And all parts
of the said Report are Ordered to be Observed according to the true
Intent and Meaning of the said Report.

The Rt: Woppll: the Prsident Accquainted this Court That Thomas
Frederick
< no role > Esqr : (One of the Governours) had Given Five hundred pounds
to this Hospitall Whereupon the Thankfull Acknowledgements of this
Court for soe liberall a Benefaccon was Ordered to be Entred among
the proceedings of this Court.

Severall of the Governours present at this Court made
liberall Subscripcons towards the Support of this Hospitall.

A Peticon from Mr: John Beighton< no role > John Sharpe< no role > and
James Fisher< no role > was Read praying that they may have Leave to Surrender
a Lease heretofore made by this hospitall to One George Davison< no role >
(and now Vested in the Peticonrs:) Of a house and peice of Ground in
St. Thomas's parish And that they may have the same Granted to
them in One Lease together with other Tenements and Ground there
Adjoyneing For which the Peticonrs: have lately made severall Contracts
with the Comittee And that in regard of the Extraordinary Charge
they have been and must be at in the New Buildings Erected and
Designed to be Erected upon the said Ground they may have the whole
Prmisses Granted for Fifty One Yeares from Lady day 1703: at Nineteen
pounds P: Ann: Whereupon after Consideracon had of the Matter
of the said peticon and heareing the Peticonrs:

It was Ordered that the said Surrender be duepted and
that One Lease be Granted to the peticonrs: of all the Prmisses For the
Terme of One and Fifty Yeares from Lady day 1703: But that the
Rent to be Reserved thereupon be Twenty pounds P Ann:
