In Obedience to this Honble Court have informed my self in the Matter
to me referred and do find that

the Father of the Petitioner
was Porter
to St Thomas's Hospital
and about the yeare: 1693 Dyed
Leaving the Peticoner and a Daughter named
Martha< no role >
by another wife
who Survived hin and in a short time after Dyed and the Governours
Ordered the Goods to be Sold and after debts and Funeral Discharged the
money remaining which is Nineteen pounds Twelve Shillings and
Seven pence to be kept for the use of Martha the Petitioner hath now taken
our Letters of Administration to his Father and Claimes a Moity of the
Money as the Goods of his Father to which I conceive he hath a right
All which nevertheless Submitt to the wisdome of this Honble: Court

Which Report being have read was well liked and approved of
by this Court and Ordered to be entered into the Reportory and thereupon it
is Ordered that the Governor: of St. Thomas's Hospitals do pay the said
Thomas a Moiety of the said Nineteen pounds Twelve Shillings and
seven pence now remaining in their hands and that they keep the other
Moiety thereof for the use of Martha his only Sister pursuant to the said
Reports
