Doctors. & Surgions to
meet every Monday
Thursday & Saturday
to prescribe


Item That all the Doctor: & Chirurgions do meet together
at the house every Monday Thursday and Saturday by Ten of
the clock to take carr of the poor and that every Saturday
they goe all together through all the wards to Visit & Inspect the
Patients and then and there joyntly consider & consult of and
concerning such whose cases are extraordinary & difficult
whether Doctor. or Chirurgeono paticuts, and then & there
prescribe & direct such Administrations or Operations as shall
be by them on the Major part of them (where of our shall be a
Doctor;) thought fitt

Surglono servants


Item That none be permitted to dress for or under any.
Chirurgeons in this house but such as are bound Aprentices
at Chirurgeons hall for a term of Seven years at least, and
have served two years of that term unless in presence of his
Master, and except such as shall be approved by the Comittee of
Governor: of this house for the time being.

Surgions. Servant's
not to apply Costicks
etc.


Item That no Chirurgion shall suffer any person to
apply Costicks ordilatt or cut open any Fuposthines or
Sinewous Ulcers except the Master of such servant be
present and direct the same.

Governor. to view the
poor & provisions


Item That some of ye Governor. Takers in for the time being
do View the poor once a week or offner on Suddain and unexpected
by the Officers to see how all things are managed and once a week
to examine all the provisions

Surgions to acquaint
each other of Extraord.
Operations


Item That if any Chyvurgeon have any considerable or
extraordinary operation to perform he shall give notice of the
time of his doeing the same to the Doctors. & other Chirurgions
that they may b present if they please.

Tho. Minister duty to
visit.


Item That the Minester or Hospiter do carefully visit
the sick and weak poor in this house for their instruction and
consolation as their cast shall require.

All to attend the
Worship of God


Item That the Office's and Patients do constantly attend
the Worship and service of God in the Chappell at the usual times
both on the Sabbath days and other days upon pain of Forfeiture of
that days allowance for the first Offence (without reasonable excuss)
and after Offending to be punished at the discretion of the Treasurer &
two Governors. Takers in

Patient's to come to
Chappell.


Item That at the time of Kinging the bell to call to Worship
in the Chappell the Steward call all the menpatients and the Matron
the Women to the same and that the Hospital Gates be then locked up
and so continue dureing the time of Gods Worship and at all
other time's the door's of the Chappell shall be locked and the Key's
kept by the Steward
