Wee haveing received a Proposall from Mr. Deputy Stamper in Order
to Obtaine a new Lease for 41: years from the Expiration of his present
Lease in which Nine years were to come at Michmas 1720: of a House in
Threadneedle Street London : which is so very defective both in the Front and
Rear, That the whole Front & Rear Walls ought to be pulled down & Rebuilt
But this not being Intire new Building of the said House, and we being
Restrained by Order of this Court not to Grant Leases for above 21: years
Except in Cases of new Buildings , or of Houses in St. Thomas's Parish. Wee
lay this Case before this Court as a matter which may be proper for your
Committee to Treat and Agree upon if this Court shall So think fitt.

Grant to Mr Cracklow


Wee have agreed with Mr. Cracklow to Grant him a Lease of two Houses
in the Tents in St. Thomas's Parish: one in his own possession, the other
of Mr West, For one and Twenty years from Michaelmas 1720: at
Six pounds and four Shillings P Ann, Free of Taxes payable quarterly
He is to pay the Charge of Such Repaires as have been already made by the
Hospitall, and to put the Houses into Such further Repaire as is necessary
at his own Charge, And the Hospitall was to Receive the Rents to Michas
1720.

Mr. Hudson and Mr Parsons haveing assigned to Dr. Plumtree all their Interest
in the Lease agreed to be Granted to them of the Houses in Bow-lane & Basing
-Lane London now or late in possession of Dr. Peachy, Mr. Clarke & Mr Cutter
And Requesting us to Grant the Lease thereof to said Dr. Plumtree upon
the Same Terms and Condicons as they were to have it, Except only That the
Terme to be Granted may Commence from Christmas 1720: instead of Lady
day 1720: (the Hospitall Receiveing the Rents of the said Clarke &Cutler
to that timeWee have agreed to the alteracon of the Comencement of the
said Lease, and Ordered the Same to be made to said Dr. Plumtree.

Grant to Edwd. Lambeth< no role > .


Wee have agreed with Edward Lambeth< no role > of the Old Bailey
Plaisterer to Grant him a Lease of two Houses in the Old Bailey
late in Lease to Margarett< no role > & Pricilla Goddard< no role > which expired at Lady
day 1720: For one and Twenty years from Christmas last at the old
yearly Rent of Twelve pounds, For a Fine of One hundred & five pounds
to be paid in hand; And in Consideracon of One hundred and Twenty pounds
at least, to be laid out in new Building the Back fronts of the said Houses
within a year, and in other necessary and Substantiall Reparacons

Grant to Saml. Parsons< no role >


Wee have agreed with Mr. Parsons of Tibshelfe our late Tenant of
the Coale Delfs there to Grant him a new Lease of the Liberty for digging for
Coales within our Mannour of Tibshelfe in the like Manner as in the old
Lease For the Terme of Fifteen years from Michmas last at five & Thirty
pounds P Annum Tax freeOur Tenants there are to have Coales at the
same price as at present: And the Covenants for filling up the Pitts and at
other Covenants to be as in the old Lease.

Our Worthy Governor and Benefactor Thomas Guy< no role > Esqr: intending
to Found and Erectan Hospitall for Incurables within the Close of this
Hospitall in the Parish of St. Thomas: We have agreed to Grant a Lease
to him or Such Person or Persons as he shall appoint: Of several parcells
of Ground in the said parish and within the Close of this Hospitall
lately
