Wee the Grand Committee for manageing the affaires of
this Hopitall. Doe Report our proceedings since the
last General Court as foloweth. (vizt
Upon the Request of Mr Joseph Parsons< no role >
who contracted with
us in July last for a Lease of a Tenement in the Old Baily
London
for one and Twenty yeares from Michaelmas then next following
at Six pounds per Annum, Tax free: And hath since Assigned
his Interest in the said Contract to William Hopkins< no role >
Citizen and
Loriner
of LondonWee have Ordered the said Lease
to be made to the said Mr: Hopkins instead of the said Mr. Parsons
upon the same Terms and conditions as were agreed to by the
Said Mr. Parsons.
Wee takeing Notice of the Care and Diligence of our Steward
in dischargeing the Duty of his Place. Do Recomend it to this court
that he may be allowed a Gratuity of Ten pounds for his last
yeares Service
