And the Petition of Mr William Cheselden< no role > our Assistant
Surgeon (who is the only Petitioner) being Read: He was Unanimously
Chosen to be one of the Principall Surgeons of this Hospitall in
the Room of the Said Mr Dickenson: To hold the same with the
usuall Fees and perquisites dureing the Pleasure and good
likeing of this Court.

After which this Court proceeded to the Choice of an Assistant
Surgeon in the Place of the said Mr. Cheselden now elected to be
One of the Principall Surgeons of this Hospitall

And Mr William Blizard< no role > , Mr. Robert Baker< no role > , Mr John
Castell< no role > , Mr Joseph Tanner< no role > , and Mr Goerge Turberville< no role > Surgeons , being
upon their Petitions severally put in Nomination: The said
Mr. Joseph Tanner< no role > was Elected and Admitted to be the Assistant
Surgeon in this Hospitall. To hold the same dureing the Pleasure
and good Likeing of this Court, without any Fixed or Settled
Allowance
