Generall Court were read and Confirmed as was likewise

A Report from the Committee of this Hospitall was read in the

of Governors of St: Thomas's Hospitall .

Wee of the Committee Appointed for Manageing the
Affaires of this Hospitall Doe Certifye our proceedings
since the last court (as followeth) vizt:

Wee have Agreed with David Ellis< no role > Plaisterer to Grand him a
Lease of Four Old Tenements in St: Thomas's Parish over against
Three Herring Court late in Lease to Mr: Ibbott and Mrs: Persivall which
Expired at Lady day 1702: the Terme of One and Twenty Yeares
from Lady day 1703: For a Fine of Forty pounds to be paid in hand and
the Old Rent of Four and Forty Shillings P Ann: He is to receive the
Rent from the Tennants for the Yeare Ending at Lady day 1703: and is to
pay the Ground Rent and Taxes to that time

parish late in the Possession of the Wiedow Jermyns. And of such Part of another
Old House adjoyneing to it (lately Surrendered by Mr: Thomas Briscoe< no role > ) as upon a
View there Wee had Caused to be Marked out for that purpose For the Terme
of Thirty Four Yeares From Ladyday 1703: Att Two Pounds Sixteen Shillings
P Ann: And Wee have Agreed that the same shall be Granted in One Lease
with a Tenement Lett to George Davison< no role > Decd in February 1696: for Forty
One Yeares from Lady day 1696: Att Four and forty Shillings P Ann: the Interest
and Benefittt of that Contract being lately Assigned by One Thomas Dowse< no role > who was
Adminrs: to the said Davison and alsoe to Mrs. [..] Johnson Dece who was W Cortgage
of the said Davison This Agreemt: is in Consideracon of laying out £900: in New Buildings
upon part of this Ground & of laying part of the said Tenement late Bristoe's into the Street
as Ordered upon the aforesaid New for Inlargeing the passage or Street and permitting
part of the passage leading into Mr. [..] house to be Enjoyed by the [..]
