The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 28th. day of
July last were read and Confirmed

Abatement of Rent
made Mr. Campbell


Upon the application of Mr Barnabas Campbell< no role > Tenant of
a House in Wapping for an [..] from the hospitals for the great
expence he had [..] beyond what was foreseen at the time of
granting the Lease and settting the terms thereof

Ordered
That an abatement of £6 P. Annm he made set of the past
of £30 P. Ann for which the Premises were agreed to be let to him

Mr. High Lease to
be made in [..]

Ordered
That the premises at Hackney field by Mr. Hight under one
been form the Hospitals be at his request devided into two lease one of which
to be granted to Mr. Hight and the other to Mr Gatfield his Undertenant
the parts of the premises to be comprized in each and the Ground rent
to be [..] between them as Mr Hight shall desire

Lamb
< no role > Etc. to be paid
Gov. [..]


Ordered
That he Treasurer to desire to pay £ 150 to the Assignees of
Thomas Lamb< no role > and other Session of certain houses in Blackman
Street some time since burnt down towards Etc building the same.

Report of Mr Chambers
[..] Derbysh


The Treasurer read a report of Mr Chambers the Hospital
Agent for the Derbyshire Estate upon a new to had taken of the
Hospitals state as Burick in Yorkshire held at present by the
Executors of Samuel Watson< no role > Esqr . under a Case expiring at
Midsumer 1788 respecting the made and terms of letting such
estate at the expiration of such Lease.

Referred to the Trear


Ordered
That it be referred to Mr. Treasurer to treat, with any
persons applying to take the same and to determine with the
Assistance of Mr. Chambers the necessary divisons thereof and the
from houses and buildings to be treated thereon the expence
thereof not exceeding £1000:
