The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 15th
of December last were read and approved

Lease to Mr Jas
[..] Heywood


Agreed
To grant a Lease to Mr James Heywood< no role > of a House in
Fleet lane late in lease to Samuel Edwards< no role > at £2 P Annm.
which expired at Michaelmas 1783 for a term of 21 years
from Midsummer next at a rent of £6 P Ann clear of the
Landtax and all other deductions Mr Heywood to expend
£50 at least in repairs in the two first years to keep the premes
in repair during the term and to ensure at £250

To Josh. Saunders< no role >


Agreed
To grants lease to Mr Joseph Saunders< no role > of the House in
the Borough at present in his own occupation as Tenant at
to do for a term of 21 years from Midsummer next at a rent
of £39. P Ann clear of the Landlax and all other
deductions Mr Saunders to keep the premises in repair
during the term and to insure at £550.

Rooms to be
built for the Surgeons

Ordered
That a Building of two rooms in height be erected
in the Square at the back of the Surgery, the lower room
for the purpose of more conveniently examining Patients
and the upper room for the accomodation of the Surgeons in
nursing.

Death of Mr Whapshaw
Agent for Pursey


Mr Treasurer reported the death of Mr Whapshaw
the late Agent for the Pursey Estate in Wiltshire.

Resolved
That it is not necessary to appoint another Agent

[..] Parndon


Mr. Treasurer also reported the death of the Revd. Mr.
Fowke the late Incumbent of the Living of Great Parndon
but acquainted the Committee that the nexy Presentation
