westward from Mr. Camdon's Sugar Lease held by Mr Mangles
under two Leases from the Hospital to Michael James< no role > the Lease
of the 1st and 2nd Houses having 11 years [..] purd of the Michaelmas
next and the Lease of the 3d house being expired for 21 Years
from Lady day next at a Rent of £46. P Annum clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes and deductions and Mr Mangles to
keep them or Repair during the term and to insure them at
£1200. the unexpired Lease upon the Grant of the above Lease
to be surrendered

in the first 2 years and to keep the promises on Repair during the
