Thornton

To grand a Lease to Mr. Thornton of the House he
occupies in Honey lane lately in Lease with two other houses
to Edward Cole< no role > for a term of 21 years from Michaelmas
1781 at a Clear rent of thirty pounds per Annum Mr.
Thornton doing the Repairs specified in an Account thereof
agreed and delivered by him to the Surveyor to the Surveyors
approbation before Michaelmas 1783 and the Tenant to in [..]

Lease to Messrs

To grant a Lease to Mr. Willm. Hopkins< no role > Mr. Thomas
Jackson< no role > and Mr. Christopher Taddy< no role > Druggists of a house
the corner of Warwick Lane and the house adjoining both
is their possession for a term of twenty one years from Lady
day last when the Lease to Mr. Hopkins the elder expired
at a Rent of £80. P Annum clear of the Landtax and all
other taxes the Tenants to expend £150 in Repairs before
Lady day 1784 and to insure the premises at £1200

To Jas. Nayler

To grant a Lease to Mr. James Nayler< no role > of the Catherine
Wheel Inn in the Borough for a term of 31 years from
Michaelmas 1783 (when the Lease of those premises and
other houses adjoining thereto granted to Mr. Thos. Dawson< no role >
will expire) at a rent of £40. P Annum clear of the
Landtax and all other taxes Mr. Nayler to expend £400
in Repairs before Michaelmas 1785 to the Surveyors
approbation and to Insure the same at £1000.
