This Committee appove of the Opinion of the said
Sub-Committee and the Clerk is to Observe the Sume

Annuitie


The Clerk laid before this Committee a new
Bill exhibited in the Court of Chancery by
Bethr. Coxshed & by Frans. Barlow< no role > Esqr .
concerning the arrears due for Fawethers
Annuity and also a draught of an
answer to be put in by the Governors
of the Hospital to the said Bill

Order'd

That the said draught be ingrost
and that the Clerk do procure the City Seal
to be put thereunto and then fill the same

The Clerk also laid before this Committee
a bill Exhibited by Mr. Edmd. Emily< no role > and
Mr Thomas Woodward< no role > against the Governors
and the Clerk of this Hospital concerning
a Lease of a House in the Old Baily
formerly let to James Newton< no role > for a term
of 71 Years from Michas 1667 & by
[..] assignments vested in the said
Mr. Emily in Trust for Woodward
but is mislaid, and the Clerk also laid
