at the Kingshead Ale House in this Parish
Mr. Trear is desired to give Orders for
such Repairs to be done.

The Minutes of last Grand Committee held
16th Decembr. last read and approved

The Clerk acquainted the Committee that
Margt. Smith< no role > to whom a Lease was Granted
of a House in the little Old Baily for 21 Years
from Xmas 1731 at £5 P ann rent and
£50 Fine, having marryed one Wm. Boyce< no role >
before the had Executed a Counterpart of
the Lease, he the said Mr. Boyce desired to
have a Lease made to him & his said wife
The Fine of £50 being long since paid

now Boyce< no role >


Orderd That a Lease be made of the
said House to the said Willm. Boyce< no role > &
Margt.< no role > his wife for the same term &
at the same rent & Covenants as the same
was Granted to the said Margaret
