This Committee taking into
consideration that part of the Report
of the Tibshelfe Committee relating
to Mr Thomas Richardson< no role > . think fit
to allow the said Mr. Richardson £4
P ann instead of 40s his present allowance.
for collecting and receiving the rents
and looking after the Estate and that
he be also allowed what expence he
shall be at in returning the Fines
and he is to be exempted from the
Charge of holding the Courts there
