the said Farme for £76: P Annum without the woods, And that
£465: was formerly paid for the Fine for this Estate without
the said Woods. This Committee is of Opinion that the said
Offer is much Short of the value, and therefore absolutely
refuses the Same, And orders that Sr. William be acquainted
therewith, and that if he does not forthwith make a much
better Offerr, the Committee will publish the same to be
lett to the best Bidder.

And it is the Opinion of the Committee that the Woods shall
be hereafter lett with the said Farme and that the old Rent
of £50 P ann paid before the present Lease to Sr. William shall
be reserved againe upon the next Lease, And that besides
the usuall Covenants the Tenant shall be obliged to leave 20
Acres of fallow plowed in before the end of July in the last
yeare of his Lease of such Land as has been usually Sowed with
wheate, and shall be restrained from breaking upon plowing the
Downes, and [..] be obliged to fell the Underwoods according to the
Covenants in the Lease to Mrs. Swayne of Combe Farme there
next adjoyning

The Report of the view at Parndon the 5th: instant by Mr. Trear.
Mr. Mount Mr. Iremonger Mr. Kendrick and Mr. Wm. Sheppard< no role >
was Read, and the Appointment thereby reported to be made
by those Gentlemen, Of Mr. Thomas Burgh< no role > of Harrolds Perke
near Waltham Abbey in Essex to be Woodreeve of all ye Hospitall
Woods in Parndon dureing pleasure with an Allowance of
50s: P ann to be paid at Midsumer yearly; and likewise their
Appointing him to be Game Keeper for the Mannor of Parndon
Taylfers was approved and confirmed with the Rest of the
said Report by this Committee

Ordered that Courts be kept this Summer at Denham , Lynsters
and Massworth, and a view taken of our Lands at Massworth
(the Lease whereof expires at Michas 1715:) by Mr: Treasurer
Mr: Kendrick Sr. John Scott< no role > , Mr Mount Mr. Wm. Sheppard< no role >
Mr. Iremonger, Mr. Deacle, Depty Sorocold, and Mrs. Powle
or such of them as shall please to goe on that Service.

Ordered that the Cantileavers and Stone pillars in the Hospitall
be painted, And that the Great Staircase and other places where
wanting be white washed; And Mr. Treasurer is desired to give
Direccons for the Same.

£50: to Mr. Davis as a
Gratuity for his Extrodinary
Charge of [..] from
Feb. 1711 to their house


Upon considering the Case of Mr. Davis our Apothecary referred
to this Committee by the last generall Court it is ordered That he shall have
£50: allowed him as a Gratuity for his Extraordinary Charge
of Medicines and Phisick since the last allowance in Fe [..]
