Minutes of last Grand Comittee Read & Approved.
The Order & proceedings of the last General Court
were Read & the Method of Drawing up Approved

The Matter relating to Mr. Davis our Apothecary which was referred back
by the last Generall Court to this Comittee herein been considered It is Ordered
that Thirty Pounds p annu be added to his former Sallary from [..] last and
that Ten Pounds be paid him by Mr: Trear as a Gratuity for his extraordinary
Charge for the Time Past

Mr: Anne Wood< no role > our Tennant of a L [..] se adjoyning to Pepper Alley
Southwarke desired an abatement of Twenty Pounds out of her Five of Eighty
Pounds agreed to be given for the renewall of her Lease of that Lease but
upon hearing what she had to offer this Comittee thought fitt to make her no
Abatement

at Combe.}


Ordered that Mr: Tayler one of our Tennants at humbe in Lent
he it in arreare Thirty Five Yeares for Quitt Rent at Michas last at Ten
Shillings and Seaven Pence halfpenny P and shall in regard of the Leard [..]
of her Circumstances only pay One Pound One Shilling & Three pence yearly diving the
Life of her Aunt Treane cole and Six Pounds P ann after the [..] doth he the
said arreare be Discharged and Mr. Mount it Desired to receive the same
from her Tennants.

Mr: Trear it desired to pay to Mr Woolfe the assiginee of the E [..]
Christopher Johns< no role > a Debt of Ninety Nine Pounds Eleaven Shillings due for
Bricklayer Worke done in sir dise Tine for this Hospital The Bills
relating thereto having been long since adjusted by the Comittee and it
appearing that Mr. Depty. Tooley who desired the Payment of this debt ought
be stopt do now Consenting that the same should be paid.

David Ellis< no role > attended his Comittee and was heard relating to the Court
wall of a House belonging to him in St. Thomas Parish but this Comittee
would not meddle therewith and left him to Prowed at Law if he thinks fitt
abt the same.

It is refered to with Trear to settle and agree the arrears of suit Rent
due from should ment at daugley by making covents or Prosecuting him
at Law for the Recovery of thereof as Lee shall think pro [..]
