Should appoint a True, when he or his
Tennt: will Break downe the posts & Railes sett
up to Stopp the sd Way, that so our Tennt. with
some propper Psons for Witness may be
present, in order to prove by whom it is done,
and that no Opposicon should be made, but
an Accon, of Trespasse afterwards brought
agt. the Pras who doe it. With which Opinion
they Comittee accquiesces, and Ordered the Clk
of this Hospll: to Write Word accordingly to the sd Mr: Aleyn

Mr: Trear also accquainted this Comittee that
he with Mr. Halsey Majr. Cooke & Mr: Baker, has
discoursed with Mr: John Aney< no role > abt: his House in
the Front of this Hospll: That he alleadges, the
same was [..] Lett by Lease for 11: Yeares where
abt: 4: yeares are yet to come, at £50: P
Ann: & for £50: Fine, which he esteems to be
Equivalent to £58: P Ann: or upwards. And
that he insists to have for his Interest therein
during the Remr. of his Terme from the Hospll.
An Annuity or Yearly Rent of £44: P Ann free
from Taxes; And the sd Mr. Amy ever
Attending this Comittee, was Called in, and
insisted upon the same Annuity, alleadging that
he had now an Opportunity to Lett the sd.
House for the While Remr. at his Terme upon
as Beneficiall Terms as the same is now Lett

Whereupon this Comittee apprehending shall
some part for the sd House with part of the House adjoyning on the Southside [..] [..] propper [..] for the
Making of a New & Comodicon Gateway into
Hospitall, and that it may be for the Service of
