And tis Referred to the abovenamed Comittee
or any Two of them to Agree for & Direct
the Making of Sculleryes to the Back
Wards rent the Brew house , and also an
Addicon to the Apothecaryes Laboratory in
such manner as they shall think most
convenient.

Mr: Trear is Desired to Cause the Patients
to be forthwith removed out of the Wards in
the Southside into the Wards on the North
side of the first Court, and to doe what
shall be further necessary in order to the
Altering of the Wards on the Southside
and Making the same Answerable to
those on the Northside.

Mr. Dooe proposed to give £10: Fine &
the Old Rent of £33: P Ann: for a Lease
of 21: Yeares from Lady day 1708: Of
a Small Old Tenemt: in St: Thomas's next
to the Old Bird in hand, the present Lease
whereof expires at that time, But this
Comittee thinking the Same propper to
be Rebuilt, refused the sd Proposall.

Ordered that John Elliott< no role > our Tenmt:
of a Cottage at Tibshelfe in Darbyshire
be allowed Six Pounds for the Charges he
has been at on his own part in Prosecuting
of Clay for a Tresspasse upon the sd Cotton gd
and Mr Trear is directed to pay him the
same, or to order it to be paid by Mr:
Richardson who Receives the Hospll. Rents at Tibshelfe
